So how do Las Vegas locals handle tragedy?
We keep our hearts warm and our souls strong.
No one can break this community.

Blessings to Las Vegas🙏
A circle of strangers bound together by one community.
A tribute to the fallen and a somber celebration of the living.
A circle of strangers stepping forward one by one, bearing their hearts, thoughts, tears.
Children watched on, some holding candles of their own.
Like every real Vegas local knows, this is a big little town.
For a metropolitan area of 2 million, you run into the same people constantly.
It is a real community after all ✅
I saw people come together tonight. People of all races, ages, political backgrounds, standing in solidarity.
I'm proud of Las Vegas.
Peace to those who are in need of comfort tonight.
Know that your city is united with you.

Much Strength and Peace to my City; it’s time to heal and rebuild💪☮️💪
We are infinitely stronger than one psychopath.
To use the most overused quote, but perhaps the most important, it is definitely now time to “Keep Calm and Carry On.”
Mandalay Bay is my favorite local favorite place to work Trade Shows and go to Concerts; now Mandalay as been forever changed.
But I won’t let last night’s events change my desire to go to play and work there.
And WE can’t let it change US.
Now, I’m even MORE motivated to go about my normal life.
That’s how WE WIN.
I trade my bitterness for stubbornness; no evil man has the power to take my peace.
As a frequent traveler, I’ve been (darkly) joking for months that I’ve unintentionally been on a “terror tour:”
In Berlin, less than 2 weeks before the Christmas Massacre, I sat eating lunch at a restaurant DIRECTLY across the street from the spot of the attack…just a few feet away; can’t be any closer.
I few to London, less than 2 days after the London Bridge attack, and flew home 1 day before the Massive Fire.
I stopped for lunch in San Bernardino a week before their Terrorist Attack.
I’ve been to Orlando 3 times since their Night Club Massacre (ust got back from one of the trips on Friday.) I flew to Barcelona earlier this month, just 2 days after the La Rambla Attack.
After Barcelona I traveled to Nice, which was also the location of a Massive Attack…
And, I considered going to Marseille (site of a terrorist stabbing last night.)
Then, last night, the horrid reports and texts started coming in…
This time, terror followed me HOME.
We MUST continue going about our lives. Be safe, be aware, but go on about our lives.
I realized during the last few years of personal tragedy and loss, in my life and the lives of my friends, that WE ALL have an expiration date.
Everything you see, from a blade of grass to the sun itself, is DYING.
But everyone we see isn’t LIVING.
We don’t get to choose when our time will come.
But we can chose how we spend our time.
Spend it with the ones you love. Spend it becoming the best version of yourself. Spend it in gratitude...
